I recently visited a fablab in Perugia and found it to be an average experience overall. The website was quite informative and easy to navigate, providing plenty of information about the services they offer. However, when I arrived at the lab, I found the staff to be a bit lacking in enthusiasm and knowledge. They seemed disinterested in assisting me with my project and instead focused on their own tasks. The equipment available was decent, but some of it seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. Although the prices were reasonable, I expected a more welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Despite the shortcomings, I was able to complete my project, but I left feeling that there was room for improvement in terms of customer service and overall professionalism.
